About Rock Yo Taco

Meet the owners – and Hello friends!

We are John and Tracy. We are both from Adrian and have lived here most of our lives. We have 4 children, Kyle, Ryon, Kieli and Domino. 4 grandchildren, Liam, Gybson, Emyrson and Nyxson.

John has spent all of his career in IT and has been a musician most of his life (hence the name Rock Yo Taco ). His parents were music teachers in the public school system in both Sand Creek and Onsted Schools as well as Siena Heights, Adrian, and Jackson colleges.  His Father wrote the official song of Adrian played by the City Band at each concert during the Spring and Summer – the “Maple City March”.

John’s always loved to cook and feed people so it was a natural progression to own a food truck.

We are grateful for the community embracing us and enjoying our food! We will continue to provide food that we would want to eat ourselves. Its important to us – the taste, quality, supplies and portions you get, as well as the customer service you receive.  We serve you the way we would want to be served. Every time we serve food, we take into consideration that you have chosen to spend your hard earned money with us (and for that we are grateful).

We thank you, and can’t wait to see you!  If you haven’t been to our truck, we hope to see you soon, and if you have, we appreciate you and hope to see you again soon. Thank you and Rock Yo Taco!
