Work for Rock Yo Taco

Rock Yo Taco has so many events this 2026 season, that we are currently interviewing to add 1-2 seasonal staff to our food truck.  We have to be honest, what we’re looking for is a “unicorn”.  The right person(s) will be hard to find.

We are looking for the following:

• a person with a flexible schedule that can potentially work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• someone that works well under pressure
• the ability to multi-task
• food service experience is a plus

Working on a food truck is not for the faint of heart, or like any other job really.  We do in 2-3 days what most people do in a 40 hr work week.  Seasonal employees are 1099 employees without benefits.  Some days might be 3-6 hrs of work, and others could be 12 hours.  Also, (because we live in Michigan) we could be working in weather that varies from 45 degress to 95 degrees inside the truck depending on the time of year.
